Pre-Screening - Ask yourself in the past 14 days, have I: 

• Experienced any of the COVID-19 related symptoms?

• Been in close proximity to anyone experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms?

• Been in close proximity to anyone who has tested positive for COVD-19? 

• If “YES” to any of the above questions, for the safety of all, please remain home and worship with us on any of our online platforms.
